Itinerary for 12 Days Uganda Gorilla Trekking and Wildlife safari Experience.
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe Airport;
Our 12 days Uganda gorilla trekking and wildlife safari starts straightaway with a pick up on arrival at Entebbe International Airport. No matter the arrival time our dedicated tour drivers will be patiently waiting to transfer you too your respective Hotels for a night. Accommodation options available include Protea Hotel Entebbe or Hotel NO. 5 Entebbe (Luxury option) or Entebbe Forest lodge (Midrange Option). Meal plan Bed and breakfast.
Day 2: Transfer to Murchison falls- Rhino Tracking and Visit Top of the falls. Transfer early morning after Breakfast to Murchison falls national park passing via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for Rhino tracking and thereafter proceed to the park to visit the top of the falls and later check-in at the lodge of your choice early for dinner and overnight at either Nile safari lodge (Luxury Option) or Twiga safari lodge or Pakuba safaris Lodge (Midrange Options). Meal plan Breakfast, En-route Lunch and Dinner.
Day 3: Murchison fall National Park- Morning Game drive and afternoon Boat cruise to the waterfalls.
12 Days Uganda Gorilla trekking Safari starts with an early morning game drive in Murchison Falls National Park that will also enable you to have amazing wildlife views of animals for instance African Lions, Leopards, African Buffaloes, African Elephants, Nile Crocodiles and many other animals. After you will return to the lodge refresh and have lunch before heading for 3 hour waterfalls boat cruise to have close view of Murchison falls from the bottom and later you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at same lodges. Day 4: Transfer to Kibale national Park.
On the 4th day of our 12 Days Uganda Gorilla trekking Safari after breakfast we shall check out of the rooms and drive to Kibale national park via the Hoima where you have beautiful views of the western rift valley. And later in the evening check in at either Ndali Lodge or Chimpundu Lodge (Luxury Option) or Turaco treetops lodge or Chimpanzee Forest lodge (Midrange option). Day 5: Kibale national Park-Chimpanzee trekking and Bigodi swamp & Community walk.
After breakfast you will be taken for chimpanzee trekking in Kibale forest and later you will return to the lodge for lunch and after be taken for guided nature walk in Bigodi swamp where you will see different species of Monkeys, birds and visit the local community, and all proceeding go to support the women and disadvantaged children of the Community and back to the lodge for dinner and over Night at Ndali Lodge or Chimpundu Lodge (Luxury Option) or Turaco treetops lodge or Chimpanzee Forest lodge (Midrange option). Day 6: Queen Elizabeth national Park-Afternoon Boat cruise and Late Evening game drive.
Our 12 Days Uganda Gorilla trekking and wildlife Safari Experience begins with an early morning breakfast then transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park for afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga channel and after you will be taken for late evening game drive before checking in at your lodge for dinner and Overnight at Mweya safari lodge or Kasenyi safari Camp (Luxury Option) or Buffalo safari lodge or Twin lake safari lodge (Midrange options).Meal plan Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 7: Queen Elizabeth Morning Game drive safari and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable national park.
Begin your game drive adventure in the park after Breakfast in the morning, the safari drive usually takes place in a safari vehicle with a knowledgeable guide who knows the park’s best routes and wildlife hotspots. You will Keep an eye out for a wide variety of wildlife including elephants, buffaloes, lions, leopards, Uganda kob, waterbucks, and numerous bird species. Stop at viewpoints or waterholes for wildlife sightings and photo opportunities. And after we shall transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest national park arrive at the lodge in the evening early for dinner and overnight at either. Sanctuary Forest Gorilla lodge / Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla lodge (Luxury options) or Rushaga Gorilla camp or Lake Mulehe safari lodge (Midrange Options). Meal plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Day 8: Bwindi Impenetrable National Park-Gorilla Trekking Africa tour and Batwa Cultural Visit.
Today after breakfast your driver/guide will take you to the starting point for briefing before heading to the impenetrable forest for ultimate gorilla trekking experience, the trekking can take between 2-6 hours depending on the gorilla group or family and after you will return to the lodge refresh and after you will be taken for Batwa community experience and back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at either Sanctuary Forest Gorilla lodge / Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla lodge (Luxury options) or Rushaga Gorilla camp or Lake Mulehe safari lodge (Midrange Options). Meal plan Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Day 9: Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi- Lake excursion.
Leave the lodge after breakfast and drive to Lake bunyonyi for relaxation and excursion on the lake. An excursion to Lake Bunyonyi in Uganda offers a serene and beautiful experience amidst stunning landscapes and a variety of activities. Upon reaching the lodge you will check in after we shall take you on canoe boat to visit the different islands on the lake and later return to the lodge for free relaxed afternoon and overnight at either Arcadia cottages or Bird’s Nest Lodge (Mid-Luxury options) or lake Bunyonyi Rock Resort (Midrange option). Meal plan Breakfast, lunch and Dinner.
Day 10: Transfer to Lake Mburo National park- Evening Game drive.
Leave after breakfast and drive to lake mburo national park driving through Beautiful Banana plantation of Ankole region, arrive at Lake Mburo National Park in the afternoon. Check-in at your booked lodge and later after settling in and having a brief rest, head out for an evening game drive. The evening game drive offers a chance to spot wildlife such as zebras, impalas, buffaloes, giraffes, hippos, and various antelope species. The park is known for its diversity of wildlife and beautiful scenery. Enjoy the sunset while observing wildlife in their natural habitat. Return to your accommodation inside or near the park after the game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at Mihingo lodge or Kigambira safari lodge (Luxury option) or Rwakobo Rock lodge.(Midrange option). Meal plan Breakfast, lunch and Dinner.
Day 11: Lake mburo national park- Nature walking safari and Transfer to Entebbe. After breakfast your driver/guide will take you to the starting point where you will Meet with your experienced guide/ranger to Embark on the guided nature walk safari through the park’s diverse habitats, including savannah, woodland, and acacia forests. Your guide will lead you on trails while interpreting the park’s ecosystem, identifying various plants, trees, birds, and animal tracks along the way. Lake Mburo National Park is home to a variety of wildlife, including zebras, impalas, elands, buffaloes, hippos, and more. Keep an eye out for these animals during your walk. Enjoy the serenity of nature, the sounds of birds, and the stunning landscapes while learning about the park’s flora and fauna. The duration of the nature walk will take 2-3 hours and after you will return to the lodge fresh and after transfer to Entebbe or Kampala with stopover at the equator line crossing for picture moment and coffee break and after proceed to Entebbe for Night over at either Protea Hotel Entebbe or Hotel NO. 5 Entebbe (Luxury option) or Entebbe Forest lodge (Midrange Option). Day 12: Transfer Entebbe international.
