Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, Nairobi.
Enjoy a majestic welcome to Kenya through Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Magical Kenya is a haven of diverse African game beautiful Rivers and lakes, sweeping savannah plains, Mountains as well as the iconic Rift Valley that holds a volcanic crater mountain, to mention but a few.
When you arrive at Jomo Kenyatta Airport, a private driver will transfer you to your hotel in Nairobi City. The afternoon will be spent at leisure- relaxing or exploring Kenya’s vibrant central hub.

Day 2: Drive to Amboseli National Park, afternoon game drive.
On this day, you will enjoy the views of Mount Kilimanjaro, also known as “the rooftop of Africa”, up close, within Amboseli National Park. Have breakfast at the Hotel and drive to Amboseli National Park. This beautiful safari destination is particularly popular for two things- its population of free-ranging elephants and views of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa at 5895 meters above sea level. This Protected Area, whose name “Amboseli” comes from a Masai word meaning “salty dust” is one of the unmissable places to visit in Kenya and beyond because it provides opportunities for viewing large herds of free-ranging elephants up close. It is also a wonderful destination for discovering five different habitats that include the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, savannah plains, wetlands with sulfur springs, as well as woodlands.
Get checked into the Lodge for a hot lunch before embarking on an afternoon game drive with more sights of buffaloes, lions, Dik-diks, cheetahs, Masai giraffes, bushbucks, mongoose and so much more.

Day 3: Journey to Hell’s Gate National Park- game drive, and cycling tour
Leave for Naivasha, set within the Great Rift Valley and popular for its spectacular freshwater Lake Naivasha. En route, you will have a 20-minute stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photography as you take in the views of the volcanic valley beneath the looming Kenyan sky. You will be at Naivasha in time for lunch. Later, get prepared for an interesting afternoon encounter with the wildlife species in Hell’s Gate National Park via a game drive and cycling tour. Look out for the hartebeests, gazelles, buffaloes, Klipspringers, and baboons during your adventures. There are several walks in this Park that include the walk to the park’s hot spring.

Day 4: Visit the beautiful Mount Longonot National Park
On this day, you will visit the stunning Mount Longonot, a volcanic creator mountain in the heart of the Great Rift Valley and this will be via a 5-hour hike. Mount Longonot, which was last active about 100 years ago rises from the floor of the valley like a giant monolith. It is one of the best places to hike during your Kenya safari. Within the crater of the mountain is a verdant dense forest filled with different wildlife species, which will be encountered during the hike. Its stunning crater rim rewards hikers with magnificent views across the beautiful Great Rift Valley and all the way to Lake Naivasha.
After the hike, you will get back to the Lodge for lunch and the rest of the afternoon will be spent at leisure- relaxing or exploring the beauty of Naivasha.

Day 5: Trip to Lake Nakuru National Park, game drive.
This morning, you will leave the Lodge for Lake Nakuru National Park, and the journey involves having a stopover to enjoy the jaw-dropping views of the Great Rift Valley. Arrive in time for lunch and rest while taking in the views of the Lodge surrounding. The afternoon will be spent discovering the beauty of Lake Nakuru National Park, with its wildlife species that include black and white rhinos, pelicans, Defassa waterbucks, leopards, and giraffes.
Time permitting, you will visit the Kariandusi prehistoric site, a popular archaeological site found along the southeastern edge of the Great Rift Valley and on Lake Elmenteita. This African Early Stone Age site dates back to one million years ago. Settle for dinner and overnight at the Lodge.

Day 6: Explore Lake Bogoria
After breakfast, you will leave for Lake Bogoria. The road trip towards the northwest of Kenya includes a 20-minute stop at the outstanding equator line crossing, here you will undertake several experiments with water to see how they swirl in two separate hemispheres. Later, continue to Lake Bogoria. Here, you will be treated to the sights of thousands of pink flamingos as well as picturesque lake views. Have your picnic lunch along the shores of the lake before driving back to Lake Nakuru National Park.

Day 7: Drive to the popular Masai Mara National Reserve
Early in the morning leave Lake Nakuru National Park for Masai Mara National Reserve, one of Kenya’s best safari destinations in Africa. This Reserve is part of the extensive Serengeti Ecosystem popular for one of the most awe-inspiring game migrations in the world. Each year, over 1.5 million wildebeests as well as 500,000 zebras and gazelle migrate from the Serengeti National Park in northern Tanzania across the Mara River into Kenya in search of fresh feeding grounds. This outstanding migration within Masai Mara National Reserve can be experienced from June to September. It also involves animals being swept away by the fast-moving Mara River and fighting against lions and Crocodiles along the banks.

Expect to see lions, Masai giraffes, leopards, spotted hyenas, buffaloes, spotted hyenas, impalas, bushbucks, Rhinos, mongoose, cheetahs, Topis, Defassa waterbucks, yellow baboons, to mention but a few. Picnic lunch will be enjoyed from within the Reserve and return to the Camp/Lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 9: Another day of Masai Mara experience: Game drive and community visit
Continue with your Masai Mara game-viewing experience on this day. An early start will ensure that you catch sight of a lion killing, a cheetah chase, or large herds of buffaloes and elephants grazing across the lush savannah plains. Settle for lunch with the afternoon free for a community visit.
Meanwhile visit the nearby Masai village to learn about the culture of the indigenous villagers, enjoy personal interaction with them, and be entertained in a traditional dance performed by men and women welcoming you to their village. You will be amazed by demonstrations of how they make fire using just sticks and animal dung.
