Trip Plan 4-Day Gorilla Trekking Flying Safari: A Memorable Wildlife Adventure.
Day 1: Pre-Arrival Night in Entebbe
Arrive in Entebbe, Uganda, and check into your hotel for a pre-arrival night. Spend the evening relaxing and preparing for your upcoming gorilla trekking adventure. Overnight at The Bomah Hotel Entebbe. Meal plan Bed and Breakfast.
Day 2: Flight to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast, transfer to Entebbe International Airport for your domestic flight to Kihihi or Kisoro airstrip near Bwindi. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our team and transferred to your lodge near Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Spend the afternoon at leisure, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and preparing for the next day’s gorilla trek. Overnight at Mahogany Springs lodge or Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla Lodge. Meal Plan Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Day 3: Gorilla Trekking Experience
Wake up early for breakfast at the lodge. Head to the park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking rules and regulations. Embark on a thrilling gorilla trekking adventure led by experienced guides and trackers. Spend approximately 1-4 hours trekking through the dense forest in search of a gorilla family. Once you locate the gorillas, spend a magical hour observing them in their natural habitat. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch and some relaxation. In the afternoon, you may opt for a guided nature walk or visit a local community to learn about their culture and traditions. Overnight at Mahogany Springs lodge or Nkuringo Bwindi Gorilla Lodge. Day 4: Return to Entebbe
After breakfast, check out from the lodge and transfer to the nearby airstrip for your flight back to Entebbe. Upon arrival in Entebbe, you may have some free time for last-minute shopping or sightseeing. Depending on your flight schedule, you’ll be transferred to Entebbe International Airport for your onward journey, marking the end of your unforgettable gorilla trekking flying safari.
