4 Days Uganda Fly in Safaris to Murchison Falls National Park Itinerary

Day 1: Fly to Murchison Falls National Park and Afternoon Game Drive.

Meet your driver or company representative, set off from your hotel or place of stay for the Entebbe International Airport or Kajjansi airfield.  For your flight north west of Uganda on our 4 days Uganda fly in safaris to Pakuba airfield in Murchison Falls National Park. While here you will meet your driver/guide to drive you to the lodge for check in and lunch.

In the afternoon you set off for the first game drive on the northern bank of the river Nile. That takes you around the delta part of the park giving you chance. To see the elephant , giraffes, herds of buffaloes, different antelopes and predators like lions and if your luck the leopards. Later drive back to the lodge for the overnight.

Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Nile Boat Cruise.

After breakfast at 6am we are off for the early morning game drive in the savannah plains. And delta area of the Murchison Falls National Park. The morning game drive will give us chance to see the nocturnal.  As they head back to their den. Like the hyenas, enjoy the sun rise and get to see more of last evening animals.  A brief stop by the hippo pool to view the different schools of hippos, water birds as we stretch after driving around.

We head back to the lodge for lunch and prepare for the afternoon boat cruise on the Nile, during the cruise you will see the crocodiles and more hippos. In addition to the other animals such as elephants and buffaloes. As they come to the banks to have a drink and shower as they cool from the high afternoon sun, lots of aquatic birds on the cliffs. Finally the Murchison falls from the Bakers rock. Later drive back to the lodge for the overnight. Day 3: Delta Cruise and Visit Top of Murchison Falls

After early morning breakfast we drive down to the jetty for a morning boat cruise to the delta, different from the previous day cruise this will take you downstream to the lowest point of the Nile river in the park apart from the hippos and crocodile, during the trip you will do bird watching and looking for shoebills an old world bird a shoe shaped bill which live in the swamp of papyrus return to the lodge for lunch and prepare for the hike to the top of Murchison falls,

the hike to the top of Murchison falls brings you closer to the falls unlike the boat that stops at a distance of about 7km while at the top, you come close to the rising mist and sprinkles as the water hits the walls of the rock, at this point the Nile water goes through a six meter gorge dropping close to 45meters thus creating the devils cauldron, after the a photo session return to the lodge. Day 4: Optional Game Drive and Flight to Entebbe International Airport

This 4 Days Uganda Fly in Safari to Murchison ends with an optional game drive depending on your flight back home departure time, if not done we prepare to check out and drive to Pakuba airfield for the fight back to Entebbe International Airport to catch up with your fight back home or next destination, if still in the country our company representative will be waiting for you to transfer you to your hotel or home.
